Sponsor a Bear

Help us share comfort, understanding, and a Little Ted.

Picture
Every family supported by Action for XP with a child under 12 receives a Little Ted bear - a friend to help them feel less alone on their journey with Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP).

Little Ted is no ordinary teddy. He’s soft and loveable, but he also has a clever twist: his magical UV-reactive paw changes colour when exposed to ultraviolet light.

This special feature gently introduces families to the importance of UV awareness in a way that feels safe, empowering, and child-friendly.

Each bear comes with our Little Ted book set, designed especially for young children and their families. The books follow Little Ted as he learns about XP and how to stay safe in the sun, all while still having fun, making friends, and enjoying life. It’s a thoughtful and caring way to help children understand their condition and feel less different.

Now, you can be part of this beautiful journey by sponsoring a Little Ted for £ADD AMOUNT or more.
